The Momenta Quartet at SUNY Binghamton in March
It's been a busy Spring season so far - the Momenta Quartet recently returned from concerts at Bates College in Maine, and SUNY Binghamton, where we premiered 9 works by student composers (and read/recorded 12 others.)

We are back in New York City, and are very excited about our annual program of Jewish composers at the Center for Jewish History this Wednesday, April 2. And this time, it's FREE! (You just need to RSVP by Wednesday morning - link below.)
Wednesday, April 2, 7:30pm
The Momenta Quartet with guest soprano Sharon Harms
The Center for Jewish History
15 West 16th Street
NY, NY 10011

Music by David Glaser, Darius Milhaud and Fanny Mendelssohn Hensel

FREE ADMISSION
RSVP by April 2, 11am
The concert features not one, but TWO world premieres by David Glaser, his String Quartet No. 6 (2025) and Moonset No. 3 (2024) for soprano and violin. Soprano Sharon Harms will also join the whole quartet in Darius Milhaud's rarely performed String Quartet No. 3 (1916), and Momenta will bring the concert to a close with Fanny Mendelssohn Hensel's riveting String Quartet in E flat Major (1834).
If you can't make it out THIS Wednesday night, you can catch Momenta in a similar program NEXT Wednesday at 12:15 at Queens College - also free admission:
